Fujiyama

Fujiyama, the first Japanese restaurant based in Hartlepool is located along the ever popular Marina. The focal point of the restaurant is Teppan-Yaki (hot plate) cooking. After ordering from the menu, which offers a variety of meats, seafood and vegetarian dishes, you will be placed around a hot plate table where a chef will cook your meal in front of your very own eyes.

The restaurant is ideal for big parties be it company or private and will sit up to 100 guests. A private room is available and will seat 18 guests.
