A jump into the Unknown
If extreme sports is more your thing then why not take a bungee jump off the Transporter Bridge. It takes place every third and forth Saturday or Sunday morning of the month between 9am and 1.30pm and is definitely not for the faint hearted.
While there take the opportunity to have a guided tour of the Transporter and visitor centre and learn all about its heritage.
After all that excitement enjoy a relaxing lunch at Café Prego at mima art gallery in Middlesbrough. It serves hot and cold food, sandwiches and light meals, cakes and pastries and a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including Illy coffee.
Follow this with casual stroll through mima itself and enjoy a guided tour of its fantastic selection of international fine art and applied art from the 1900s to the present day.
