Boulby Grange is a listed stone built farmhouse/residence dating back some 320 years. It has an elevated position some 200 yards from the cliff edge with the full east and south aspect overlooking farmland and sea.
It enjoys stunning views of the sea and cliff from each of its beautiful Georgian windows. The house has been thoughtfully restored, tastefully furnished and exudes Georgian ambience.
It is within the beautiful North Yorkshire National Park, 11 miles north of Whitby and close to the A174 Whitby coast road. This area of coastal slope comprises part of the Cleveland Way, which is a very popular route with walkers
