Tees Valley is at the heart of Captain Cook Country, on the doorstep of the North York Moors National Park, as well as a 'stone's throw' away from Whitby, York, Durham and Newcastle.
The area encompasses the five historic boroughs of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton on Tees and Redcar & Cleveland.
The quality of life is superb; it's prosperous, with excellent infrastructure and every imaginable leisure and entertainment facility.
The roads are uncongested and access is excellent, especially with the recently developed Durham Tees Valley Airport.
