Our business community is at the forefront of innovation; the University of Teesside and events such as Animex place us at the cutting edge of new media and the local authorities together with Tees Valley Unlimited are investing millions in regenerating the area. Such changes offer huge opportunities for both business and the community. As Tees Valley's profile increases so will the number of visitors that we attract. Ensuring all businesses within the Tees Valley can take advantage of this is critical to our future prosperity and the pride of the Tees Valley community.

visitTeesvalley would like to invite you to a breakfast seminar outlining how skills and the current work being undertaken in this area can help you improve your business performance and enable you to take advantage of the business opportunities that lie ahead. In addition, we will be outlining how your success can help shape the perceptions of Tees Valley for the general public and create a vibrant visitor economy. Speakers will include Liz Smith; Assistant Regional Director CBI, Geoff Hodgson; Chairman NorthEast Tourism Advisory Board, Prof. Cliff Hardcastle; Deputy Vice Chanceller University of Teesside and Alan Noble; Executive Director Northgate Plc. We will also
be introducing at this event the 'visitTeesvalley Top 10', a group of industry champions that act as ambassadors for visitTeesvalley and the place shaping agenda.
