Middlesbrough Mind, Body and Spirit Show
Come along to our Mind, Body and Spirit event and experience a calm, serene atmosphere and chat to lots of interesting, like minded people. We have stalls selling lots of holistic gifts and products. Come along and pamper yourself with one of our therapies or find out what your future holds with our medium/tarot readers. We also have talks/workshops available FREE of charge, and upon admission you will receive a free drinks voucher and a free booklet about the show.
Whatever you're into, there is something to suite everyone - young or old - come and see!
Children under 12 go in free.
